About the Speaker:
Dr. Hess brings decades of experience to this critical conversation. A 10th-generation Jerusalemite, he has held numerous prominent positions. A member of the Israeli Bar, Dr. Hess holds degrees in Political Science, Hebrew Literature, Jewish Studies, and Law, and he earned his PhD in Sociology and Education from Sussex University. His career has spanned law, journalism, and Jewish communal service, including advocacy for egalitarian prayer at the Kotel.
